Pricing Schedule
Basic Service: $39.99 Per Month. For up to 5 employees, and includes Direct Deposit, Electronic filing for Federal and State Withheld Taxes, Social Security, Unemployment Insurance and W-3. It also includes online access to all payroll reports and W-2 forms. Every employee over the 5 Basic Package is charged at only $1.99 per month each.
Optional Services:
Check printing and mailing: $1.99 per employee, per month (FREE if printed by client). End-of-year W-2 forms printing: $1.99 per employee (FREE if printed by the client). End-of-year 1099 forms printing and electronic filing: $59.00 flat fee. QuickBooks® Pro* Integration Setup: $149.99 (one time fee). On-site bookkeeping assistance: $75.00 per hour.
