Pricing Schedule
Basic Service: $39.99 Per Month. Includes up to 5 employees, and $2.95 more for each employee over 5. NO EXTRA CHARGE for electronic services: Direct Deposit, Tax forms fillings and Tax Payments.
Additional Services: Check and pay stub printing and mailing: $5.00 per employee/contractor, per month (FREE if printed by client).
W-2 printing and mailing: $4.50 per employee/contractor, per month (FREE if printed by client).
QuickBooks configuration for automatic download of payroll expenses: $75.00 (approximately 2 hours of work).
Bookkeeping services: $35.00 / hour. Free initial consultation.
IT Services: computer and printer networking and installation , file sharing and e-mail configuration, backup and disaster recovery strategies, Internet access and security $50.00 / hour.
