Basic Online Payroll Services $39.99 per Month Includes up to 5 employees. NO EXTRA CHARGE for electronic services: Direct Deposit, Tax forms fillings and Tax Payments. Only $2.99 a month per each employee above the initial 5.
Traditional Payroll Services $39.99 per Month, plus $5.00/Month/employee: Includes check and pay-stubs, financial reports printing and mailing. NO EXTRA CHARGE for electronic services: Direct Deposit, Tax Filings and Tax Payments. Complete Payroll management: $25.00/month. Includes enrollment with all Federal and State Agencies, submission of all forms and payments, including those that are not in electronic format.
Computer and Network Services $50.00 per hour: First hour free for initial consultation, in person or over the phone. Complete assessment of your current resources and configuration, with recommendations to solve problems or improve your system’s performance.
Bookkeeping and Quickbooks* Services $50.00 per hour: QuickBooks configuration for automatic download of payroll expenses: $75.00 (approximately 2 hours of work). Other Bookkeeping services at your office or mine.
